A Night Shift at a Secret Facility

Siren Head - FNAF begins away from the safety of the security desk. As the night guard, you must move through a dark facility and activate its surveillance system while Siren Head is somewhere nearby. Once you reach the workstation, the game changes into a monitoring challenge: follow the monster and use the building's defenses to survive the shift.

How to Play

Move with WASD, look with the mouse and use E to interact. Make your way through the corridors, opening the necessary doors and turning on cameras as you go. Pay attention to your surroundings during this setup: reaching the console is only the start of the job.

At the workstation, switch camera views to find Siren Head and follow changes in its position. Use the available lights to check approaches, and close a door or hatch when the monster threatens that route. The creature can change its path, so a camera image is a snapshot rather than a permanent answer.

Surveillance Tips

  • Connect each camera view to the door or hatch it shows. That makes it easier to choose the right defense when a threat moves closer.
  • Use a short, repeatable camera sweep instead of watching one screen for the whole shift. Return to an approach that has been out of sight.
  • After blocking one route, look for movement elsewhere before assuming the danger has passed.
  • During the opening walk, notice the layout and keep your route to the workstation in mind. Rushing through an unfamiliar turn can leave you without a clear response.

The challenge is to complete the setup and then keep adapting your checks as the night unfolds.
