How to Play Choo Choo Charles Revenge
Follow the green direction marker to the old man's shelter and take the equipment-search objective. Find the minigun before confronting the heavier threat. Locate the three eggs, return to the portal site and complete the action needed to break the island's curse.

From the Shelter to the Island Search
Your starting firearm handles smaller human enemies, but the heavier threat needs the minigun. Charles begins an active pursuit after that weapon is found, so the equipment search also changes the danger you face while exploring.
Three Eggs and the Portal
Find the three eggs and bring them to the portal site. Collection is not the final action: the gateway must be destroyed to break the curse and escape. Keep the portal's location in mind during the search, especially before travelling to the last egg, so you can plan the return leg.
